Jomana Shayota is a general dentist and facial aesthetics provider as well as the owner of the newly launched Dental House & Aesthetics. In this week's episode we discuss the importance of planning for success, curating business relationships & trying to find balance.
We went over the challenges of opening up a business during a pandemic and why she decided to move forward. Jomana comes from a large, tight-knit Chaldean family and knew early on that dentistry was her passion. She focused on her dream and put a plan in place in order to achieve her goals.
Networking and building long-term business relationships is another concept that she firmly believes in. Jomana builds strong relationships not only with fellow business owners, but also with her patients. She invests the time and energy into building a practice where individual attention and integrity are key.
