Ameena Sheikh & Jasmine Rippy, aka The Ladies In Law

On this week’s episode I sat down with @theladiesinlaw and we spoke about how they got started in law, why they moved on from a corporate law degree, and how to choose the right business partner.

Ameena and Jasmine are not your average lawyers. They both come from a diverse background and aren’t afraid to stand out. Jasmine has a passion for rap music (and even performs in her free time!) and Ameena is former professional figure skater.

Their unique perspective has enabled them not only to succeed in their field but also to pursue other avenues in media. They currently host a weekly radio show on 107.5 every Sunday at 10 am and release weekly content on Youtube and social media to educate the public on legal matters and demystify the field.

You can find out more about the Ladies in Law by visiting their site and following them on instagram, Youtube, and twitter.
