In our second WWLW podcast episode licensed therapist Amalia Miralrio joins us to speak about how she deals with her identity struggle, how different cultures handle grief, and how we can deal with our mental health during the pandemic. Amalia gave us some great insights into how to choose your therapist and why she decided to specialize in break-ups. 

Amalia has an undergraduate degree in Social Work and Latino studies as well as masters in Human Sexuality and Social Work. She runs her online therapy practice Amity Counseling, and has been a featured writer for outlets such as Cosmopolitan and Bustle.
